I am originally from middle Tennessee, but currently call central Texas "home!" I am 21 years old and in my last year of college studying interior design.
My first recollection of having an interest in design dates back to when I was about 6 years old. I would watch my mom dog-ear images from her Better Homes and Gardens magazines, and I soon developed an interest for all things interiors. This interest quickly evolved into one of my creative passions in life, and I could not be more excited about the career path I have chosen! Manipulating natural light and applying a variety of materials within a space are ways I create visually expressive designs. My style is a unique blend of the new and old - something I like to call "ancient modern."
Photography has been one of my creative stokes for as long as I can remember. I bought my first Canon DSLR when I was 16 years old and eventually decided to start a small photography business on the side as a source of income. Photography forces me to be creative with what is in front of me in the present moment - a creative challenge that has strengthened my abilities in design, as well.
